To me what you read from the tweets suggest that Shakur doesn’t want to wait on the other fighters (Zepeda, Tank,etc). I don’t like when ppl use what someone from a fighters team said this or that. Of course someone from Tanks team would say Shakur is ducking. Now I do agree with this I don’t think you should be out here chasing and waiting idle for ppl to finally decide they want to fight you. I hated it when Benavides did with Canelo and I hope Bud stops doing it. Canelo literally says f the fans and ppl don’t call him out. Canelo is the worst and remember I said it when we find out PBC is low balling fighters because they gotta pay Canelo to fight trash cans.

ALL fighters prioritize the $ and making the best business moves on the table. Two things can be true. A fighter can want to be great and want great fights but that doesn't mean they will turn down a bag for that fight or wait around for that fight if a bag is in front of them being offered for another fight. Especially for B side fighters. It's on the A side to make fights happen and to have a sense of urgency. They have the power, control, and $ to make the fights happen that they really want. B side fighters are not in control therefore they cannot afford to turn down $ that's on the table hoping that an A side fighter offers something better at a later date. Just doesn't make business sense to do that.

In an interview earlier this year he said the same thing. Shukur said He understands that Davis controls who he fights and he can't sit idle waiting for this fight.

I was at the event it was not full majority of the people were not even sitting in their seats because they had enough space to move in closer and a lot of people left around the middle of the bud fight.

I believe Errol lied about the eye injury. I think he got hurt during the fight with Crawford fight and did not have any eye issues during the fight. I find it interesting that no one addresses why he would activate a rematch clause knowing he has an eye injury. That would explain why the Fundora fight has been postponed. And I will repeat this again when Bomac was asked about Spence rematch he said Spence was done. Now don’t be surprised if it come out that Spence can no longer box due to some injury he has.
